Consultation only

This service is for those clients who don’t need a full interior design service but need just a quick help in resolving outstanding questions. A one- or two-hours verbal consultation can help to finalise your own project or start a new project of your dream house.

A key element of most interior design projects is the sourcing and supply of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment.

If you have a ready house, you can order FF&E service only,
as a separate agreement. Or it can be a fully included in the
main refurbishment contract, part of full interior design service.

At the development stage we confirm the costs of the project
with the client and provide all necessary specifications, which should be in line with the approved budget.

FF&E

The procurement is a very important stage. Procurement management ensures that all items and services are properly acquired so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and successfully.

We handle all aspects of the FF&E delivery from design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments and final installation on site. We control deliveries, communication with suppliers and unexpected circumstances.

Project management

Concept to Completion-full design management services.

The whole process of renovation can be a stressful task. We help to our clients to delegate this process, save the time & budget. The proper supervision of interior design project helps to complete the plan of work on time and bring all the confirmed details into reality.

We monitor the progress of all design project stages on site to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly, with regular site visits and coordination with all subcontractors and third parties.

Styling

This service also can be a separate service or a part of a full interior design project. The purpose of property styling is to make your house cosy and stylish to the last bit. To bring out the very best of each room
in your dream house.

Maybe, you need to prepare a home for a sale to make it more attractive or it is necessary to rearrange/ remove certain items. Or just to re-style
a ready property using new accessories & furniture. This can range from minor cosmetic alterations, such as a few new pieces of furniture or textile to bring out some new colour and style.

Renting? Not a problem. In empty properties, can include everything from small accessories, new lightening and decorative pieces through
to new large furniture items.

We work closely with trusted constriction companies and have established good relationships with them. This gives a good understanding for both sides and a single point of contact
from project concept through to completion.
